i note with some dismay that your website continues to use my image in a clearly fraudulent foto entitled " too hoot 2009 " ... i can assure you that i was not in attendance that year and i highly doubt that michael jackson, barack obama and queen liz were there either ... even if i was stumbling drunk, i would still have remembered kicking their asses ... if your website continues to use my likeness to advertise your trailer-trash, punk-ass event, i will have no recourse but to initiate legal proceedings ... you have been warned ... govern yourself accordingly ...
